Did Chiana or Durka Kill Salis?

Description:

In "Durka Returns", Salis is the Nebari responsible for bringing back Chiana. He is helped by Durka.

After Chiana escapes, and also after Rygel attempts to kill Durka with a bomb, Salis is found dead. Who killed him?

With Durka now Rygel's favorite plaything, Durka-on-a-Stick, we may never know the answer. Maybe John will get really, really curious and convince Scorpy to trade some Aurora Chair time for wormhole tidbits ... nahhhh.

She looked guilty!
John asked Chiana if she killed Salis. Chiana didn't answer, but she did look off to the side with the expression of a child hiding the truth.
Motive, opportunity
Chiana was desparate to avoid the conditioning awaiting her. She had escaped, and knew that if she killed Salis the crew of Moya would have to take her away.
Durka was still conditioned
The crew speculated that the bomb broke Durka's conditioning, but it seems more likely that Salis' death did the trick.
Durka seemed surprised
Durka when he heard that Salis was dead could have been interpreted as surprise. Also, he asked for confirmation.
Control Collar?
Chiana's control collar was lying on the floor near Salis' body. Perhaps she left it as a final taunt?
Willing to attack
Chiana was willing to attack Crichton with very little provocation. She certainly had more than enough provocation from Salis.
Proven Killer
In "Nerve", Chiana showed that she could kill an enemy without even blinking. Salis was certainly her enemy.
Chiana looked regretful, not guilty!
The look on Chiana's face could have been regret, not guilt. Maybe she realized that she'd missed an opportunity to strike back.
He's a psychopath!
Durka is the PK's PK. Cold, ruthless, sadistic: killing came easily to him, once the conditioning was broken.
Motive, opportunity
By eliminating Salis, Durka made sure that he would not be conditioned again. Also, the crew wasn't watching him after the explosion.
Chiana was too busy hiding
After escaping her cell, Chiana was too busy hiding to even think about attacking Salis. Besides, she just doesn't have the killer instinct.
Durka already had a knife
Where would Chiana find one so quickly? We already know that Durka had one.
Look Implies No Help
Chiana might have looked guilty at John's question because she saw Salis dying after Durka killed him, but offered no help.
Control Collar!
Chiana is too smart to leave her collar next to the body after killing Salis. Durka was trying to make her look guilty.
Maybe He Wasn't Cleansed!
Supposedly, no-one can break a successful conditioning. Perhaps Durka was never conditioned in the first place! He was simply biding his time until lack of direct supervision gave him a chance to escape...
Not Out of Her Way
Chiana might kill someone in self-defense, but she won't go out of her way to kill someone. She would not deliberately seek Salis out and kill him.
Confession?
If Chiana had really killed Salis, wouldn't she have said something by now?

And the conspiracy theory --
Durka and Chiana killed Salis together!
